At Bella Vista you can truly

of Costa Rica’s most exciting attractions: Lake Arenal is known as
one of the best wind surfing areas in the world, as well as having some
of the best freshwater fishing in Central America; within 30 km of Bella
Vista is the renowned Tabacon Hot Springs; and close by are other amazing
activities such as canopy tours, white water rafting, canoeing, ATV
tours, horseback riding, and casinos.
Bella Vista Estates is different
from most other developments in Costa Rica, which tend to cut as many
parcels as possible out of a plot of land in order to maximize profits.
Our developer has built his own home on one of the parcels and plans
a harmonious and friendly community. The lots range in size from just
under 3 acres to almost 14 acres, all with spectacular views. These
building lots are value priced and competitive with many other lots
in the Lake Arenal area of much smaller size, some even as small as

Bella Vista Estates is an eco-friendly
